BOOMERVERSE GENESIS 333 COLLECTOR REWARD & FAIR-PLAY RULES Genesis 333 + Associated Reward Assets Version 0.1 - Draft for Approval Play fair and the Rift stays fun. |
|---|
DRAFT FOR APPROVAL This document is versioned and prepared from the approved Boomerverse direction. It does not replace the current Master Rulebook, BVGEN Registry or Lore Bible unless and until the relevant source-of-truth documents are separately revised and approved. |

1. Scope
These rules are specifically for the original Boomerverse: Genesis - 333 NFTs and Reward NFTs/digital collectibles distributed through the Genesis reward ecosystem. They do not automatically apply to every future Boomerverse collection.
MOST IMPORTANT RULE OWNERSHIP DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN REWARD ELIGIBILITY. ELIGIBILITY DOES NOT MEAN A GUARANTEED REWARD. |
|---|
Genesis 333 ownership rights remain separate from Boomerverse-controlled reward eligibility.
Reward opportunities are discretionary collector/community mechanics, not financial returns or guaranteed economic benefits.
These rules can evolve through dated, versioned updates. Active rules apply from their effective date unless the update says otherwise.
2. Definitions
| Term | Working definition |
|---|---|
| Genesis NFT | One of the original 333 BVGEN ERC-721 character NFTs on Base. |
| Reward Asset | A Boomerverse NFT or other digital collectible distributed through the Genesis reward ecosystem. |
| Eligible | Passes the current qualification rules at the time of a check. Eligible never means guaranteed to receive a reward. |
| RIFT DROP | A discretionary, potentially random Boomerverse reward event or distribution. |
| Collector Profile | A future optional verified profile that may link a limited number of wallets across supported chains. |
| Qualifying Sale | A verified genuine secondary-market purchase under the approved marketplace, royalty, fair-market and anti-manipulation rules. |
| Under Review | Temporary status during investigation. Affected assets are not eligible for rewards while the review is active. |
| Blacklist / Suspension | Boomerverse-controlled restriction on reward eligibility. It does not erase blockchain ownership. |
3. No guaranteed-when, where or reward
No one is promised that a reward event will occur.
No one is promised a date, time, frequency or cadence.
No one is promised the platform, chain, distribution method or location of a future reward event.
No one is promised a particular Reward Asset, rarity, quantity, market value or financial outcome.
A wallet can be fully eligible and still receive nothing.
Boomerverse can use unannounced/random snapshots, multiple snapshots, holding-duration checks or other anti-gaming methods without publishing exploitable timing.
CORE REWARD WORDING No guaranteed when. No guaranteed where. No guaranteed reward. |
|---|
4. Genesis 333 prestige and eligibility
Owning even one Genesis 333 NFT carries OG historical prestige while the collector holds it.
Genesis prestige, original rarity, identity and provenance remain with the NFT.
Rarity can influence the wallet's Genesis reward-eligibility tier. Exact tier formulas are not activated until published.
Collectors are free to sell, swap, trade, gift or transfer Genesis NFTs.
Moving a Genesis NFT can reduce or remove the current wallet's future reward eligibility depending on the active rules and holder history method.
GENESIS PRESTIGE Owning an original Genesis 333 matters historically. That does not mean a rebuyer pays for holding time they did not earn. |
|---|
5. Reward Assets: collect, combine and qualify
Reward Assets can form a second collector pathway. The current working entry benchmark is 10 qualifying Reward Assets, but the exact active set recipes and tiers remain OPEN.
Entry-level sets may use simple holding-count rules.
Higher tiers can require rarity combinations, series diversity or special pieces.
Exact recipes, tiers, snapshots and selection methods must be published before they can be used.
Completing a tier can create a permanent achievement record, while live reward eligibility depends on what the collector currently holds at the time of an eligibility check.
6. Original recipient versus later owner
| Situation | Reward-eligibility treatment |
|---|---|
| Original Boomerverse airdrop recipient | The Reward Asset can qualify for the original receiving wallet/profile, subject to current rules. |
| Gift, private transfer, simple wallet-to-wallet transfer to a different owner | The new owner receives the NFT, but the transfer alone does not create Reward Asset eligibility for the new wallet. |
| Genuine qualifying secondary-market purchase | The Reward Asset may qualify for the purchaser after the sale passes the approved-marketplace, royalty, fair-market and anti-manipulation tests. |
| Verified self-transfer between wallets in the same Collector Profile | Eligibility can be preserved after ownership/security verification and anti-abuse checks. |
7. Qualifying secondary sales for Reward Assets
A Reward Asset that leaves its original recipient does not automatically carry reward qualification into the receiving wallet. To regain or establish qualification for a new owner, the asset must be acquired through a sale method that Boomerverse can reliably verify under the rules in force at that time.
The sale must be a genuine owner-to-owner open-market transaction on an approved marketplace or approved sale method.
The applicable Boomerverse royalty must be paid where the qualifying framework requires it and the marketplace supports verifiable payment.
The transaction must pass a dynamic fair-market-value test using legitimate recent sales, rarity, series, comparable assets and anti-manipulation checks. A permanently fixed dollar minimum is not locked.
Wash trading, self-dealing, manufactured near-zero-value sales, related-wallet manipulation and artificial volume do not create valid eligibility.
Where reliable market data is not available, Boomerverse can place the transaction under review rather than guessing.
A later innocent purchaser can restore qualification through a genuine qualifying purchase, provided the NFT is not under an active blacklist.
MARKET RULE No genuine qualifying market sale, no transferred Reward Asset reward opportunity. |
|---|
8. Approved marketplace framework
Boomerverse will maintain an official, versioned framework identifying which marketplace and sale methods can qualify Reward Asset purchases on each supported blockchain. Collectors should be able to check before buying whether a purchase method can count toward reward eligibility.
9. Collector Profiles, wallets and privacy
Boomerverse may support an optional verified Collector Profile linking a limited number of wallets across supported chains.
One asset can only count once. Linking wallets must not enable reward farming or double-counting.
Collectors can remain pseudonymous. Wallet control should be proven cryptographically where possible, and the project should collect as little personal data as necessary.
Collectors should be able to choose what parts of their profile and holdings are public, except where disclosure is legitimately required for legal, security, prize or investigation reasons.
Verified self-transfers between a collector's own linked wallets can preserve Reward Asset qualification when anti-abuse checks pass.
Future wallet-recovery or profile-migration systems may recognise off-chain rights after qualification and investigation. Boomerverse does not rewrite blockchain ownership.
10. Collector history, inheritance and permanent promises
Asset provenance transfers with the NFT. Personal loyalty is earned by the collector and does not automatically transfer.
An inherited asset may receive a future legacy-recognition status, but a beneficiary does not automatically inherit years of personal loyalty as if they personally held the asset for that period.
Rights explicitly granted as permanent at the time of sale should be respected. Discretionary rewards, experimental utilities and optional programs may evolve under published rules.
Rule changes normally apply prospectively from a clearly published effective date. Legitimate past activity stays legitimate; later-discovered fraud can still be investigated.
11. Under Review
An NFT, Reward Asset, wallet or Collector Profile can be placed Under Review when evidence requires investigation.
Affected assets are temporarily not eligible for Boomerverse rewards while the current review is active.
If a random reward opportunity occurs during the review, the affected asset does not participate in that event.
If the review clears the collector/asset, eligibility can resume>
REVIEW RULE Under Review means reward eligibility is paused. Clearance restores future opportunity - not past random events. |
|---|
12. Cheating, manipulation and penalties
Gamification is part of the fun. Deliberate manipulation harms collectors, the project and the team. The system therefore reserves strong consequences for bad actors while distinguishing mistakes from deliberate abuse.
Potential violations include wash trading, self-dealing, fake market sales, artificial price/volume activity, related-wallet manipulation, royalty-avoidance schemes intended to create eligibility, double-counting, false ownership claims or attempts to evade linked-wallet controls.
Confirmed violations can receive tiered penalties based on severity, intent, repetition, scale and harm.
A serious finding can cause all qualifying Boomerverse NFTs/digital assets associated with the collector/profile and linked wallets to be considered for a blacklist or suspension period.
Serious or repeated deliberate fraud can result in permanent exclusion from Boomerverse-controlled reward systems.
A blacklist affects Boomerverse reward eligibility; it does not confiscate or rewrite on-chain ownership.
DETERRENCE Cheat with one asset and you may put your entire Boomerverse reward status at risk. |
|---|
13. Appeal, reinstatement and innocent later buyers
A blacklist or suspension should be supported by documented evidence and reasoning.
An appeal/review path should exist so genuine mistakes can be corrected.
A permanent blacklist is not casually removed; reinstatement requires a finding that the original decision was incorrect or exceptional documented grounds under the active rules.
An NFT that merely lost eligibility because of a non-qualifying gift/private transfer can later regain qualification for an innocent purchaser through a genuine qualifying market purchase, provided the NFT is not under an active cheating blacklist.
14. Rule changes and historical fairness
Genesis reward rules are dated, versioned and permanently archived.
Major changes identify what changed and the effective date.
New rules normally apply prospectively. A legitimate transaction that followed the rules in force at the time is not silently invalidated by a later rule change.
Previously hidden fraud, manipulation or false information can still be investigated when discovered later.
Previous rules versions remain available so collectors, the project and the team can determine which rules applied at a given time.
CHANGE-CONTROL RULE No secret rule changes. Legitimate history stays legitimate. Hidden cheating does not become legitimate because time passed. |
|---|
15. Protecting collectors, project and team
This framework exists to protect long-term collectible integrity and ecosystem trust. It is not a guarantee of market price. A healthy system should support genuine collectors, provide sustainable income pathways for the project/team where disclosed, and prevent bad actors from extracting advantage at everyone else's expense.
Collectors should know the active rules before participating.
Anti-cheating controls should operate mainly behind the scenes so honest collecting remains enjoyable.
The project should disclose approved marketplaces and relevant rule changes clearly.
The team is subject to its own fair-market/insider-conduct and conflict-of-interest standards as those policies are formalised.
16. What remains OPEN
Exact Genesis rarity-based eligibility tiers.
Exact Reward Asset rarity combinations, set recipes and higher-tier thresholds.
Exact reward-selection methods and any holding-duration requirements.
Exact future snapshot methods; timing is intentionally not guaranteed or announced where doing so would enable gaming.
Exact numerical dynamic fair-market thresholds/model.
Initial approved marketplace list for each supported chain.
Exact Collector Profile wallet limit and security controls.
Exact penalty/suspension periods, evidence standard, investigation staffing and appeal body.
Exact reward contract standards and distribution technology.
Exact reward-eligibility treatment for Genesis NFTs received by gift/swap/direct transfer.
17. Cross-check summary
CHECK 1 - MASTER RULEBOOK V1.1 Genesis remains 333 ERC-721 NFTs on Base; RIFT DROPS remain a collector-reward direction with no ERC-20 requirement and no fixed financial return. This document designs the previously OPEN eligibility/anti-cheating layer without altering #001/#002 canon or Genesis numbering. |
|---|
CHECK 2 - LORE BIBLE V1.0 + WHITEPAPER V0.2.2 No protected mystery is answered. The reward framework is separated from lore canon, and detailed rules are scoped to Genesis 333 and associated Reward Assets. Future collection rules remain separate unless deliberately adopted. |
|---|
IMPORTANT IMPLEMENTATION NOTE Before these rules are activated, technical feasibility, marketplace royalty verification, consumer-law/privacy wording, tax treatment, contract design and dispute procedures should be professionally reviewed. These rules protect participation integrity; they do not promise asset-price appreciation or profit. |
