BOOMERVERSE 50-YEAR CHARTER Long-Term Stewardship Constitution Version 0.1 - Draft for Approval Evolve the universe. Protect the foundation. |
|---|
DRAFT FOR APPROVAL This document is versioned and prepared from the approved Boomerverse direction. It does not replace the current Master Rulebook, BVGEN Registry or Lore Bible unless and until the relevant source-of-truth documents are separately revised and approved. |

Purpose of this Charter
This Charter translates the long-term pressure-test decisions into a durable stewardship framework. It is designed to guide Boomerverse through changes in leadership, technology, chains, media, markets and generations without allowing the founding identity to be casually erased.
Authority and source relationship
The Boomerverse Master Rulebook remains the primary production authority.
The BVGEN Registry controls NFT-by-NFT identity and production status.
The Lore Bible controls story canon and protected mysteries.
This Living Whitepaper is the public-facing project and ecosystem guide.
The 50-Year Charter sets long-term stewardship principles and does not rewrite protected canon.
The Genesis 333 Collector Reward & Fair-Play Rules govern the detailed reward-eligibility system for Genesis 333 and associated Reward Assets only.
If a conflict is discovered, the newest explicitly approved source-of-truth rule controls, and the documents must be versioned rather than silently corrected.
CHARTER SCOPE This Charter protects long-term direction. It does not replace the Master Rulebook, Registry or Lore Bible, and it does not answer protected mysteries. |
|---|
1. Boomerverse first
Boomerverse is a living story universe with digital and physical collectibles inside it. The universe is not built merely to support an NFT sale.
2. Foundation is protected
Core lore, standards, Australian identity, protected mysteries and early historical significance are not casually rewritten for trends, partnerships or short-term revenue.
3. Genesis remains the beginning
Boomerverse: Genesis - 333 is the permanent founding collection. Its declared maximum supply remains 333 and future growth must not dilute or erase its historical role.
4. Story reason before supply
No major collection, character class, relic series, game asset or expansion is approved merely because more assets can be sold. Major releases require lore purpose, quality, scarcity impact, collector impact, technical fit and a long-term reason to exist.
5. Quality before speed
Main canon is not rushed because the market or community demands more content. Experiments can move faster when they are clearly labelled.
6. Community shapes the future
The community should have real influence over OPEN choices, events, rewards, feedback and expansion ideas. Protected canon and core standards remain guarded by formal continuity processes.
7. Trust before raw growth
Boomerverse should grow strongly without sacrificing trust, identity or long-term community quality for follower counts, hype or partnerships.
8. Collector integrity
Permanent promises are honoured. Optional future benefits can evolve. Asset provenance is preserved. Original rarity is historical. Personal loyalty is earned rather than purchased.
9. Fair play protects everyone
Gamification should be fun. Rules and anti-cheating systems protect genuine collectors, the project and the team while preserving fair investigation and review.
10. Sustainable economics
Boomerverse should diversify income across collectibles, media, merchandise, licensing, games, events, partnerships and other future experiences rather than depending on continuous NFT releases or guaranteed royalties.
11. Team stewardship
The team should prosper with Boomerverse, not at its expense. Compensation, conflicts, insider conduct, vesting and departures should support long-term contribution and transparent governance.
12. Conservation credibility
Biodiversity claims, donations, partnerships and outcomes should be verifiable. The project should grow from awareness into measurable impact without making unapproved promises.
13. Technology is infrastructure
Boomerverse may use multiple chains, platforms and future technologies. No single provider becomes the identity or a point of existential failure.
14. History is never silently overwritten
Major versions of lore, rules, metadata, contracts, website releases and milestones are archived. Genuine corrections are versioned rather than hidden.
15. Leadership can change
Future leadership accepts stewardship obligations. A canon council or equivalent continuity body should protect the foundation as the project grows.
16. Sale does not erase duty
Any future acquisition, merger or transfer should carry formal obligations to preserve protected canon, archive continuity, supply integrity and established collector rights.
17. The company is not the whole universe
A continuity plan should preserve critical public history and provenance even if the original operating entity stops trading.
Long-term governance model
| Area | Early stage | Mature stage |
|---|---|---|
| Treasury | Founder control while team/infrastructure are being developed. | Transition to secure multisig/stronger governance when senior team, legal structure, infrastructure and treasury risk justify it. |
| Canon | Founder + current source-of-truth documents. | Trusted canon council/equivalent continuity body protects core canon and standards. |
| Community | Feedback, events, OPEN creative choices. | Structured influence on expansion, events, rewards and proposals, without overruling protected canon. |
| Archive | Versioned working documents and backups. | Permanent public historical archive across multiple independent storage systems. |
| Technology | Genesis on Base; current operational tools. | Multiple chains/platforms where justified, tied together by an Official Asset Registry. |
Protected commercial boundaries
Commercial growth is welcome. Core identity is not for sale.
Partnerships that require Boomerverse to compromise protected lore, standards, Australian identity or formally adopted biodiversity direction should be renegotiated or declined.
Future commercial-use licences may differ by asset class. Rights must be clear before release.
External creators can participate through a controlled creator/licensing program with canon status clearly labelled.
Scarcity, provenance and authenticity
A released collection's original declared maximum supply is not increased.
Future collections can use different scarcity rules, but early-era historical significance is permanently protected.
Original rarity remains part of the asset's historical record; future story significance may grow independently.
Metadata corrections are versioned and preserve the prior record.
Official assets across multiple chains are recorded in one authoritative Boomerverse Official Asset Registry.
Important physical collectibles can use digital provenance where it adds meaningful authenticity.
AI, media and future creative tools
AI and future generative tools can assist creation but do not lower the quality bar.
Official canon releases require human creative approval, provenance/authenticity and Boomerverse standards.
Canon, licensed non-canon and independent fan work should be clearly distinguishable.
Side stories and experiments can exist without weakening the protected main universe when they are clearly labelled.
Biodiversity legacy
Boomerverse should use its wildlife identity to create awareness first and, as capacity grows, measurable conservation support. Public impact records should preserve verifiable evidence of what was supported, when and with what outcome where available.
BIODIVERSITY RULE Start with awareness. Grow into measurable impact. Never make conservation claims that cannot be verified. |
|---|
Stewardship during acquisition, succession or shutdown
Preserve protected canon, archive, collection supply integrity and established permanent collector rights.
Document major changes of control and leadership in the historical archive.
Transfer access to critical records, domains, registries and storage systems through a formal continuity plan.
Preserve the Official Asset Registry and provenance references across migrations.
Where the company cannot continue, appoint or define a custodian for critical public history where legally and practically possible.
Charter amendment rule
This Charter can evolve, but meaningful changes must be versioned, dated, explained and archived. Changes cannot silently rewrite the Master Rulebook or Lore Bible. Any amendment that affects locked canon or production rules requires the corresponding source-of-truth document to be separately revised and approved.
Cross-check and unresolved items
CHECK 1 - MASTER RULEBOOK V1.1 No conflict found with Genesis foundation, Base/ ERC-721, 333 supply, art/identity rules, hard-locked #001/#002 or the approved RIFT DROP direction. The Charter adds governance principles without rewriting NFT-by-NFT canon. |
|---|
CHECK 2 - LORE BIBLE V1.0 + WHITEPAPER V0.2.2 Protected mysteries remain untouched. Australia remains the cultural anchor. Conservation language remains evidence-based and non-guaranteed. Cross-collection reward concepts remain future/conditional rather than automatically imposed on every future collection. |
|---|
Exact governance membership, voting thresholds, treasury transition values and legal structures remain OPEN.
Exact commercial licence terms remain OPEN.
Exact conservation funding percentage remains OPEN.
Exact future chain choices remain OPEN.
